Patrick Vieira, the manager of Crystal Palace, has issued a warning to Manchester City and Arsenal about a "different" Manchester United that has the potential to steal the Premier League title from their hands.

The Arsenal legend believes that the Red Devils are a "different" proposition under Erik ten Hag.

After a poor start to the season that saw them suffer a 4-0 defeat to Brentford and a home loss to Brighton, Manchester United have found their stride to climb into the Champions League places.

Manchester United could close the gap between them and the league leaders to just three points if they could beat Crystal Palace on Wednesday and defeat Arsenal on Sunday.

And Vieira is insisting that the Red Devils must be taken seriously as they prepare to play Crystal Palace on Wednesday night.

“When you look at their last couple of games, the number of wins, and how close they are to the top, I think they can be [in a title race]."
“It’s a different United [to the one we saw last season].”
