KAA Gent defender Jordan Torunarigha is a major doubt for Nigeria’s friendlies against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique.

The center-back is in Nigeria’s 25-man squad for the friendlies billed for Portugal.

Torunarigha has been ruled out of Gent’s UEFA Europa League clash against Maccabi Tel Aviv on Thursday.

The 26-year-old featured in the Buffalos’ last league game against RWD Molenbeek, where he may have sustained the injury.

The Super Eagles will take on Saudi Arabia on October 13 and will also face Mozambique three days later.
