The Special one Jose Mourinho who replaced Mauricio Pochettino as Tottenham manager in November 2019 has now been sacked by the club today.

In his first campaign, Mourinho took Tottenham from 14th in the Premier League to finish sixth - securing Europa League qualification - but was knocked out of the Champions League at the last-16 stage by RB Leipzig.

Spurs are currently seventh in the table, five points off the Champions League places.

meanwhile, the development might be related to Mourinho stands against the European Super League or due to the woeful performance by the club this season.

Though, Spur will be playing Manchester city next Sunday at the carabao cup final.
