Turkish League club Fenerbahçe has submitted an official bid to Manchester United for Frederico Rodrigues de Paula Santos, also known as Fred, club sources confirm.

According to the transfer market expert, Fabrizio Romano, who announced the development, the proposal is worth €15 million in total, including add-ons.

He further disclosed that negotiations were ongoing on both the club's and player’s sides, adding that Fenerbahçe is trying to complete Fred’s signing soon.

He wrote, “EXCLUSIVE: Fenerbahçe have submitted an official bid to Manchester United for Fred, club sources confirm.
Understand a proposal worth €15 million total package, add-ons included.
Negotiations are ongoing on both the club and player sides, and Fener is trying to complete this top signing soon.”
