Kelechi Iheanacho’s agent, Roger Wittman, has dismissed recent reports linking the Nigerian striker with a move to Egyptian giants Al Ahly during the winter transfer window.

The Leicester City forward, who joined LaLiga side Sevilla earlier this season, has faced challenges securing regular playing time, sparking speculation about his future. However, Wittman has firmly denied any contact from Al Ahly regarding the player.

“There has been no communication from Egypt or Al Ahly about Kelechi Iheanacho. The rumors are completely baseless,” Wittman stated in an interview with AS.

Since his arrival at Sevilla, the 28-year-old has struggled to make an impact, failing to score or assist in nine league appearances for the Rojiblancos. Despite the slow start, Iheanacho remains a player with undeniable talent and potential.
