In compliance with the two directives recently issued by the NCC, we are working on a streamlined process for linking National Identification Numbers with SIM registration data and will communicate this as soon as possible.

In addition, the sale, registration, and activation of all new SIM cards have been suspended, while swaps and upgrades will only be completed upon provision of NIN. Please note that per the directive, lines not linked to NIN by Dec 30 2020 will be disconnected.

Please visit a NIN enrolment centre if you are yet to do so (go to www.nimc.gov.ng to find the enrolment centre closest to you). If you have registered for a NIN and wish to retrieve it, please dial *346# using the number registered at enrolment.
