Grammy-winning Nigerian superstar, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has made it clear he’s not a fan of podcast interviews.
According to the globally celebrated artist, podcasts don’t meet his professional standards, as they are often hosted by individuals he believes lack the necessary expertise.
Sharing his thoughts via Instagram Stories, Burna Boy wrote:
"I’m not about that podcast/ring light level, please. I’m a professional in my profession, and only a professional in their own profession is qualified to interview me."
While the Afrobeats icon expressed his general disdain for interviews, he admitted there’s one exception—renowned media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu. Burna Boy revealed he’s open to a sit-down with Ebuka to address some recent issues.
"Is Ebuka still doing interviews? I don’t like interviews at all, but I’d love to do one with him," Burna Boy added.
This announcement has sparked conversations among fans and the media, with many speculating about what the star might reveal in a potential interview with Ebuka.
