A UK-based Nigerian pastor and close associate of Davido, Tobi Adegboyega, has disclosed that the singer and his lover are both getting stronger.

Recall that Davido and his fiancée, Chioma, lost their 3-year-old son, Ifeanyi, on Monday via a domestic accident, throwing many friends and well-wishers into mourning.

Adegboyega revealed this in a post on his Instagram page on Thursday.

He stated that he has spoken to Davido twice since the incident and that he is getting stronger.

“Spoke to the No. 1 OBO, second time. He is getting stronger; he is rising; they are both getting stronger. Praise God,” he wrote.
