Debo Adebayo, a well-known Nigerian social activist and comedian better known by his stage name Mr.

Macaroni, has warned Nigerians to be wary of politicians who promise money in exchange for votes.

Mr. Macaroni’s admonition was contained in a post via his verified Twitter handle on Tuesday.
