Renowned Nigerian music director and cinematographer, ThankGod Omori Smith, popularly known as TG Omori or Boy Director, has made a powerful comeback after undergoing an unsuccessful kidney transplant.

Announcing his return, Omori took to his X (formerly Twitter) page on Tuesday, sharing a striking photo of himself back on a music video set, camera in hand. With confidence, he wrote:

"Ok, let’s see if I can still rock this b**h."*

Fans will recall that in August 2024, Omori underwent a kidney transplant at St. Nicholas Hospital, Lagos. His only brother selflessly donated a kidney, but unfortunately, the procedure was unsuccessful.

Despite the setback, the visionary director remained determined. From his hospital bed, he reassured his followers that he would be back in 2025—and now, he's delivering on that promise.

TG Omori's return marks a new chapter in his journey, proving once again why he remains one of the most influential names in the Nigerian music industry. Welcome back, Boy Director!
