YCee, a Nigerian rapper, has slammed the Rick Ross Live in Lagos concert promoters.

Rick Ross arrived in Lagos yesterday, and videos of him cruising with Nigerian celebs like CDQ, Kogbagidi, DJ Obi, and others before his event flooded the internet.

Rick Ross paid Davido and Tiwa Savage to headline the show. Mayorkun, Buju, Wurld, 1da Banton, Lojay, and others were among the performers on the night. After seeing clips of his colleague's performance, Ycee resorted to Twitter to express his displeasure with the show's choice not to include any Nigerian rapper.

Although it may appear that Ycee is seeking clout because he hasn't released any rap songs in a while, he believes show promoters made a mistake by not inviting any rappers. He claims that this is the primary reason for Nigerian rappers' switching genres, and that fans will be perplexed as to why they did so.

Ycee added that even if his fellow rappers won’t speak out, he won’t keep quiet because everything is "not bars and ability". See below:
