Nollywood actor and singer, Ayoola Ayoola, has opened up about a dark period in his life when he contemplated suicide.

The 'The Men’s Club' star revealed that he experienced deep depression when he found out he was going to be a father unexpectedly.

In an honest conversation with Chude Jideonwo, Ayoola admitted that he felt unprepared for fatherhood and struggled with the idea of bringing a child into the world at that time. He confessed to even attempting suicide by putting himself in harm's way.

Reflecting on his journey, Ayoola expressed remorse for his actions when he looks at his son today. He realized the preciousness of his child's life and the profound impact his absence would have had.
