President Donald Trump has criticized the US media for what he describes as overwhelmingly negative coverage of his presidency.
Speaking in a widely shared Fox News interview with tech billionaire Elon Musk, Trump addressed recent reports suggesting Musk has gained control over his administration. He dismissed these claims as media-driven attempts to tarnish his image.
"No one in history has received worse publicity than me. I get 98% bad coverage," Trump stated.
However, he expressed confidence in the American people, insisting they can see through the media’s narratives.
"You know what I’ve learned, Elon? The people are smart. They understand. They truly see what’s happening," he added.
Legal Battles Over Trump’s Executive Orders
Since his inauguration on January 20, 2025, President Trump has signed multiple executive orders, some of which have faced legal roadblocks.
A key order halting healthcare funding for transitioning transgender youth was temporarily blocked by US District Judge Brendan Hurson. Additionally, Washington District Judge Amir Ali ordered Trump’s administration to unfreeze its three-week hold on foreign aid funding.
Despite these legal challenges, Trump remains steadfast in his policies, emphasizing his commitment to fulfilling his campaign promises.
