Boss Mustapha has been expelled from the All Progressives Congress (APC), where he serves as Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).
In his Gwadabawa Ward in Adamawa State, the APC suspended the SGF.
Mustapha didn't make much of an impact during the most recent general election, according to Muazu Kabiri, a party official in the ward.
In addition, the SGF's letter of suspension noted that he had lost both the presidential and governorship elections to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in his voting district.
The APC chapter in Adamawa State, however, has protested the decision, claiming that the ward lacks the authority to suspend Mustapha.
