It was another impending tragedy that was averted along Enugu/Onitsha expressway as a tanker carrying petrol once again lost control and fell on the road side.

This happened this morning along ugwu onyeama in Enugu Onitsha expressway as a tanker carrying 33,000 litres of PMS fell. The men of Nigeria fire service Enugu state command were quick to arrive the scene and immediately dampened the truck to avoid explosion. So many persons who spoke to our reporters believed the incident was caused due to the current bad road situation in the area and called on the federal government to come and put the roads in good shape in order to avoid future occurrence.
