#APCConvention: Voting Stops For Hours as Intruder Invade Podium
It was a weird moment for the ruling party, APC early this morning as the organizing committee needed to stop the voting process after some people invaded the voting area.
The chairman of the convention security committee, Gen Dambazou needed to order the halt of the voting process which lasted for several hours before the vote recommenced again at 4:40 with the Nassarawa delegates.
The voting arena was packed with a lot of people who were not accredited to be there especially non delegates party faithful.
Meanwhile three aspirants stepped. Down for the Vice President Yemi Osibanjo while over 7 aspirants have now stepped down for Bola Ahmed Tinubu including the Ekiti and Kebbi state governors.
