President Bola Tinubu is currently meeting with Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the Director General of the World Trade Organization (WTO, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Okonjo-Iweala arrived at the Presidential Villa alongside the former Minister of State for Health, Dr. Ali Pate, at about 2:50 p.m. on Tuesday.

The purpose of the meeting is not yet known as of press time.

Recall that Okonjo-Iweala had earlier in June met with Tinubu when they both attended the leadership summit held in Paris, France.

Okonjo-Iweala was the Minister of Finance during the former president Goodluck Jonathan’s government.
