Dangote Petroleum Refinery has recently announced a price cut on diesel, lowering it from N1,200 to N1,000 per litre.
This move comes after the refinery had previously supplied diesel at a reduced rate of N1,200 per litre, marking a notable 30% decrease from the prior market price of approximately N1,600 per litre.
In its statement, the refinery highlighted that this substantial reduction in diesel prices is anticipated to have a positive impact across various sectors of the economy. Additionally, it is expected to contribute to mitigating the country's high inflation rate.
This adjustment in diesel pricing reflects Dangote Petroleum Refinery's commitment to providing more affordable energy solutions, ultimately benefiting consumers and the economy at large.
