Millions of Nigerians have joined Davido, Ayra Starr, Falz, and Mayorkun in grieving the deaths of churchgoers in Ondo State.

Suspected bandits opened fire on attendees at the St. Francis Catholic Church in the Owo council area of the Ondo State capital on June 5, 2022.

According to witnesses, the attackers opened fire on attendees before setting off an explosive device inside the church, killing 25 people.

Davido came to Twitter to express his shock at the news, pleading with his followers and fellow Nigerians to pray for the country.

Falz admitted that he was having trouble processing what happened. He claims that he is mostly filled with rage and frustration.

Mayorkun joined Davido in praying for Nigeria and those whose loved ones were killed in the shooting. He admits to being terrified after witnessing the terrible video of the incident.

When it came to expressing her feelings, Ayra Starr didn't mince words. The angelic entity expressed her dissatisfaction with the government's reasons and stated that something must be done.

The Ayra star claimed in an Instagram post that there is someone behind these shootings who is using the media to cover it up as a fire outbreak.
