President Muhammadu Buhari will now sign the amended Electoral Act Amendment Bill on Friday, February 25.



A source close to the Presidency, who had earlier indicated that the President would assent to the bill on Wednesday.

It was earlier reported that the President will sign the bill yesterday, but it was postponed to today, however, the reason for the delay in the signing of the act is not yet known.
