Office of the Prosecutor General in Lintulahdenkuja4 Helsinki Finland have been served with court papers to Apprehend,Detain and Prosecute the name Simon Ekpa,a non registered IPOB Member who intentionally without authorization or Approval by the Directorate of State of IPOB (DOS) have been using IPOB-ESN name to raise funds/Money used to sponsor Criminals Autopiloters who have been killing, causing destruction,Arson among others in The Southeast Biafra Territory.
