This news happened yesterday in Enugu Nigeria as a lady claimed she went to dispose her dirts in a dustbin provided for the street, according to her on getting to the dustbin located along tommlyn hotel which is at the back of roban stores,she saw a mad man wondering there but she didn't bother rather she dropped her dirt in the dustbin and left but when she was leaving she heard a sound like the mad man is picking the dirts which made her to turn back and saw that the mad man has already packed all the used sanitary pads she dropped in the dustbin, she now raised alarm as the act is strange and the passersby helped and got hold of the mad man so they can know the reason behind what he did.
