A Man was nabbed and got embarrassed in Akwa Ibom for allegedly stealing a bottle of wine to celebrate his birthday.The young man was concomitantly striped naked by onlookers, and got dragged in the street.When he was interrogated for engaging in the act, the man said he just want to celebrate his birthday and he doesn't have money to do that.He was later freed after severe beating.
