As the war against rape continually to garner more supports, the Kaduna house of Assembly has on Wednesday passed the bill that supports castration as penalty for rapists in the state.



The bill is an amendment of the Kaduna state Penal court Law 5 of 2017 and was passed to law on Wednesday 9/9/2020.

It will be recalled that the Kaduna state governor; Mr El Rufai has said some weeks ago that castration wouldn't be a bad idea for rapists.
