In the Fulani culture, when a man remarries, his new bride (Amarya) will go and greet the 1st wife to show respect, and this has always been the practice since time immemorial since the religion over there permits it

However, things turn differently in this case, as the 1st wife used the opportunity to descend heavily on the new bride.

It took the intervention of those around to stop the heavy fight between the two women. Though, the elders in the village condemned the woman's action.
