The Premier League is currently playing through its fixture overload before Qatar hosts the 2022 World Cup.

This means we can look forward to some games during the week.

Due to Arsenal's Europa League commitments, the match between Manchester City and Arsenal has been moved.

But which of the three games on Wednesday might have shocking outcomes?

1. Brentford vs. Chelsea: Thomas Frank's team will welcome Chelsea to the Brentford Community Stadium hoping to win consecutive home games. Under new manager Graham Potter, the Blues have yet to lose, but they have not played particularly well. Chelsea is unbeaten under the former Brighton manager thanks to good fortune and questionable refereeing. The bees could cause everything to fall apart.

2. Liverpool versus West Ham: On Sunday, Liverpool defeated Manchester City by a score of 1-0, which was a significant victory. Yes, they performed admirably in their matchup with the league champions. But even Mohamed Salah’s goal had elements of fortune around it, as Joao Cancelo was somehow left all alone in defence in the 70th minute of the game, with the score 0-0. West Ham will be stubborn and compact, looking to hit Liverpool on the break and claim a shock result.

3. Newcastle vs Everton: At Old Trafford on Sunday, Newcastle did not look their very best, and that match against Manchester United could have easily gone either way. Everton were desperately unlucky to lose to an abject Tottenham Hotspur side. This game at the typically raucous St James’ Park will be one to keep an eye on, as Frank Lampard might hand Dominic Calvert-Lewin his first start of the season in attack too.
