Ola Aina of Nottingham Forest is a candidate to face Manchester United in the Premier League match on Saturday at Old Trafford.
Due to an injury, Aina was unable to watch Nottingham Forest's 2-1 victory over Sheffield United last Friday.
The international player from Nigeria has resumed training, though, and is anticipated to be included in the matchday squad for the journey to the Theatre of Dreams.
Prior to the game, Forest manager Steve Cooper gave an update on the defender's health.
“Felipe is back out on the grass training but obviously hasn’t trained or played for months, so he’s not ready. Ola (Aina) is back in part-time training,” he said.
Aina joined Forest on a free transfer last month after leaving the Serie A club, Torino.
The defender made his Premier League debut against Arsenal on matchday one.
