Anthony Joshua’s rematch with Oleksandr Usyk is set to be staged at the Jeddah SuperDome in Saudi Arabia, according to Sky Sports.
Although a date for the world heavyweight title fight has yet to be confirmed, the management at Jeddah Super Dome confirmed that it is the preferred venue.
The Jeddah Super Dome is the largest geodesic dome in the world to ever stand without pillars, with an attendance of up to 40,000.
Joshua is attempting to regain his WBA, WBO, and IBF belts after losing them in a unanimous decision in September.
The British boxer has joined forces with new trainer Robert Garcia, who was pictured with fellow coach Angel Fernandez, at their current training base at Loughborough University.
It would be the 32-year-old’s second fight in Saudi Arabia, having defeated Andy Ruiz Jr on points in a rematch in December 2019.
