Arsenal full-back Takehiro Tomiyasu has named forward Gabriel Martinelli as the teammate who is the most difficult to face in training.
Tomiyasu said Martinelli has pace and aggression, adding that he never stops.
Speaking to GOAL, Tomiyasu said (via talkSPORT): “Gabriel Martinelli." He never stops. He has pace and aggression.
“He’s still young, but when he has the ball, he wants to make a difference; he wants to do something.”
Martinelli has made 111 appearances for Arsenal, scoring 25 goals and providing 16 assists since joining the North London club in 2019.
The Brazilian has been one of the leaders in attack for Arsenal so far this season.
He has scored seven goals and provided three assists in 27 games across competitions for the Gunners.
