Before their matchup with Paris Saint-Germain on February 14 in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League round of 16, Bayern Munich has been dealt a significant injury blow.

Mane won't play in the Champions League first-leg match against PSG, according to Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann, who made the announcement during his pre-match press conference prior to his team's Bundesliga match against Wolfsburg on Sunday.

Remember how Mane hurt himself last year prior to the 2022 FIFA World Cup break?

Due to the injury, the Senegalese forward was unable to compete in the World Cup in Qatar.

Nagelsmann stated, "I am expecting him [Mane] back halfway through or at the end of February, most likely not for the first leg against PSG.
The goal is to have him join the team around February 21.
