Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta has predicted two favorite clubs to win the UEFA Champions League this season.

The 2022–23 Champions League round of 16 fixtures will commence in February 2023.

Recall that Real Madrid won the Champions League last season after beating Premier League giants Liverpool in the final.

However, Iniesta believes Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain are the strongest teams that can win the Champions League this time around.

Speaking to Marca, the Spaniard said, “It’s difficult to predict what can happen in these competitions where there are very good teams."

“In the Champions League, I see City and PSG as strong, and I think they will be close to winning it again."

“But the thing is that there are great teams, and now they are in a moment of form, and then in February, we will see if it is another.”
