John Terry, a former Chelsea player, has joined Al-Shabab and is "set to make his first managerial breakthrough.
"
According to the UK Sun, Terry was approached by the Saudi Pro League side two months ago, and a deal was verbally agreed upon.
The 42-year-old was offered an initial contract for at least two years.
However, this could go up to four years should the deal be finalized.
If Terry gets the role, he will be joining other ex-Premier League stars in the Saudi Pro League, including former England teammate Steven Gerrard, who currently manages Al-Ettifaq.
This would be Terry’s first full managerial role after working as a consultant in Chelsea’s youth academy this year.
