After only four minutes of practice, Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial was seen leaving the facility.
His team was scheduled to play Brighton in a Saturday Premier League match.
Martial reportedly left the Carrington practice facility on Thursday morning, according to the Daily Mail.
The Frenchman was spotted driving away from the training facility at 8:59 a.m. after being seen arriving in his Mercedes G Wagon at 8:55 a.m.
Unknown factors may have caused Martial to leave training so quickly.
However, the 27-year-old has recently dealt with injury problems.
Due to his fitness issues, Martial missed the entirety of Manchester United's preseason.
At the beginning of the new 2023–24 Premier League season, the forward resumed training and was named to the bench for the opening 1-0 victory over Wolves.
Martial has since played in all three of Manchester United’s following matches and started in their 3-1 defeat to Arsenal earlier this month.
His future was uncertain during the summer transfer window, and he was a player for whom Manchester United were willing to listen to offers.
Martial has a year left on his current contract with Manchester United.
