  • Chiamaka Nadozie (Nigeria)

  • Barbra Banda (Zambia)
  • Rachael Kundananji (Zambia)

Notably absent from this year’s list is Nigeria’s Asisat Oshoala, a long-time contender and former multiple-time winner of the award. Her omission underscores the growing competition and depth of talent in African women’s football.
