Richarlison has explained why he chose Tottenham Hotspur this summer over Arsenal and Chelsea.

On July 1, the Brazilian forward moved to Spurs for £50 million.

Prior to that, however, Richarlison had interest from Chelsea and Arsenal.

The 25-year-old has now clarified how Antonio Conte prevailed in the competition for his business.

"I know Chelsea made an offer, and I believe Arsenal also contacted Everton to ask about my situation, but Spurs came in and paid the fee, you know?"
