The Shooting Stars have completed the signing of Darlington Ovunda from Rivers United.

The Daily Post reported that Darlington joined the Oluyole Warriors for an undisclosed fee.

The experienced goalkeeper was part of Rivers United’s title-winning side in the 2021 Nigeria Professional Football League season.

The forward is expected to replace Okemute Odah, who left the club at the end of last season.

The Shooting Stars have lost some of their stars following a tough campaign last season.
