According to reports, Kylian Mbappe gave Paris Saint-Germain a shortlist of four players last summer that included himself.
In May, the Frenchman signed a brand-new, lucrative contract with PSG, putting an end to rumors about his future with the Parisians.
At the time, Real Madrid was thought to be the clear favorite to sign the forward in the summer transfer window.
The 2018 World Cup champion, however, reversed course on his transfer and decided to extend his deal with Parc des Princes through 2025.
Sportskeeda claims that the contract renewal included a number of perks, including the 22-year-old's ability to influence which players the team signs.
Marcus Rashford among players wanted by Mbappe at PSG
The Mirror now claims that the former Monaco star presented PSG with a four-man shortlist of players he wanted the club to sign.
The publication adds that Manchester United star Marcus Rashford is among the four players that Mbappe wanted at Parc des Princes.
Other players that he wanted include Robert Lewandowski, who joined Barcelona, Ousmane Dembele, and Gianluca Scamacca, who signed for West Ham from Sassuolo.
PSG had a pretty decent transfer window as they signed six new players, including the midfield quartet of Fabian Ruiz, Renato Sanches, Carlos Soler, and Vitinha.
Defender Nordi Mukiele also linked up with the French giants alongside striker Hugo Ekitike, who is at the club on loan from Reims.
