Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has revealed the two Premier League stars he would have loved to team up with during his illustrious career.
Henry, who played alongside some of the world's greatest players, including Lionel Messi, had a decorated career, winning the Premier League, La Liga, and the World Cup with France.
In an interview with Sky Sports, the Frenchman named former Chelsea strikers Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka as his top picks. Henry explained, “There are two players I wish I could have played with in the Premier League—Drogba and Anelka.”
Reflecting on a recent conversation with Drogba, Henry recalled, “We were chatting at the airport and I said, ‘Can you imagine if we had played together?’ Drogba didn’t venture far from his position, while I was more of a roaming striker. It would’ve been a nightmare for defenders!”
