The match was supposed to take place last month, but it had to be postponed owing to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
The winner of Scotland's game against Ukraine will face Wales in Cardiff, according to FIFA.
The victor of that game on June 5 will qualify for the tournament in Qatar later this year.
The winners will be placed in the same group as England, the United States, and Iran.
