Italian giants AS Roma have officially announced the signing of Nigerian rising star Shukurat Oladipo from Robo Queens, a top club in the Nigeria Women’s Football League (NWFL).

The talented 20-year-old midfielder has signed a contract with the Rome-based club, keeping her at the club until June 30, 2027.

Oladipo, who made an impressive 178 appearances for Robo Queens, was a key player for the Falconets at the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. Her exceptional performances earned her two senior caps for the Super Falcons.

With this move, Oladipo becomes one of Nigeria’s latest exports to European football, further showcasing the country’s growing influence in women’s soccer.
