Flying Eagles midfielder Daniel Daga has been linked with a move to Sky Bet Championship club Watford.

According to The Telegraph, Daga was sighted at Vicarage Road during Watford’s opening match of the season against Queens Park Rangers last weekend

Watford won the encounter 4-0, with former Flying Eagles midfielder Tom Dele-Bashiru among the goal scorers.

Daga has been linked with several clubs in Europe following his blistering form for the Flying Eagles at the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup in May.

Watford now appear to be leading the race for the defensive midfielder.

Daga, who will be 17 next January, cannot sign a professional contract in Europe until he is 18.
