English midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has joined Italian giants AC Milan after 19 years as a Chelsea player.

The Blues announced the departure of the academy graduate in a statement on the club’s website on Friday.

The England international penned a four-year deal with Milan.

According to transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, Loftus-Cheek joined the former Serie A champions for a fee of €16 million plus €4 million in add-ons.

Loftus-Cheek made a total of 155 appearances for Chelsea across all competitions and scored 13 goals.
