Wolverhampton defender Nathan Collins has joined Brentford on a six-year deal.
He arrived at Gtech Community Stadium for a fee of £23 million.
The 22-year-old Irish center-back becomes the Bees’ most expensive signing, surpassing German forward Kevin Schade.
It has been revealed that Collins will wear the number 4 jersey at Brentford.
Brentford manager Thomas Frank described him as a “perfect player” for the team.
Collins made his debut for the Irish senior national team on 12, 2021, coming on as a late substitute in a 4–0 friendly victory against Qatar
