Amid Bayern Munich's quest for a new manager, recent setbacks have emerged, with Ralf Rangnick being the latest to turn down the opportunity.

Despite this, current boss Thomas Tuchel stands firm in his belief in the club's enduring appeal and confirms his decision to depart at the end of the season.

Since announcing his departure in February, Bayern has faced challenges in finding a successor. Initially eyeing Xabi Alonso, they experienced disappointment when he opted to stay at Bayer Leverkusen.

Negotiations with former manager Julian Nagelsmann also faltered as he committed to the German national team.

The club appeared close to securing Rangnick, only for him to decline and continue with Austria beyond the Euros. Nevertheless, Tuchel remains optimistic about Bayern's attractiveness to managers, emphasizing its enduring prestige.

In a pre-match press conference ahead of Bayern's Bundesliga clash with Stuttgart, Tuchel focused on immediate priorities, stating, "Well, I don’t think the players need to know [who will be the next manager] in the next five or seven days." Despite the managerial search, Tuchel maintains his commitment to the club's current objectives.
