Chelsea will allow highly rated coach, Anthony Barry, join Bayern Munich and will receive £1 million in compensation, ESPN reports.
The two clubs have been in negotiations since Thomas Tuchel was appointed last month.
Tuchel inherited Barry as part of his backroom staff when he became Chelsea’s boss in January 2021.
The two men won the Champions League within four months.
After joining Bayern, Tuchel admitted he wants to bring Barry to the Allianz Arena.
“Arno Michels and Zsolt Low, who have been working with me for over 10 years, will be there. We’re hoping to add Anthony Barry, who is currently at Chelsea,” he said.
