4-0 victory over Tunisia gave Nigeria's Flying Eagles the bronze medal at the 2023 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.

The Flying Eagles placed third at the U-20 AFCON for the fourth consecutive time.

After nine minutes, Nigeria's winger Ibrahim Muhammad scored the team's first goal.

After that, the Tunisians took control of the match but were unable to score the equalizer.

Late in the first half, a goal by the North Africans was disallowed for offside.

A few seconds after the half, Ahmed Abdullahi doubled the Flying Eagles' advantage.

The Gents forward slid the ball into the goal after Muhammad set him up.

Jude Sunday's goal after dribbling past three defenders doubled the lead for Ladan Bosso's team.

Sunday scored the fourth goal with a powerful shot from inside the box with one minute remaining in the game.
