Ama Serwah Genfi, known professionally as Amaarae, has spoken about the reason Afrobeat is her most prominent genre in the industry.

There is no doubt that Afrobeat is the most sought-after genre as we speak, and even fans of the genre can’t quite point out what it is they love about it.

However, Amaara has helped in that aspect, as she takes to Twitter to share why Afrobeat is all she craves right now.

According to her, crooners of this unique genre mostly sing about love, getting money, and giving gratitude to God. For these reasons, she’s stuck on it.

She wrote;

all afro beats niggas do is talk about love, getting money, and giving grace to God and this is why it’s my preferred genre atm.
