The reality TV star's agent confirmed to People on Friday that the ex-couple had given birth to a boy.
The baby was born through a surrogate.
The baby's name and birthdate have not yet been disclosed.
The outlet was informed by a source that Khloé is still considering different names for her son.
In the previous month, the couple made it official that True, their 4-year-old daughter, would have a sibling.
At the time, her spokesperson said, "We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November." Khloé is deeply appreciative of the exceptional surrogate for such a lovely blessing. To help Khloé concentrate on her family, we would like to ask for your consideration and discretion.
Since they began dating in 2016, Khloe and Tristan's relationship hasn't been without its challenges.
The basketball player faced accusations that he had cheated on the TV personality while she was pregnant in the months before True was born in April 2018. In addition, the 38-year-old and Tristan split after it was reported that he had allegedly cheated on her with Jordyn Woods, but they rekindled the romance during the COVID-19 pandemic.
They broke up again in June 2021, and their new baby was conceived before it was revealed. Tristan, 31, was expecting a child with fitness model Maralee Nichols. Maralee gave birth to a son, Theo, in early December.
The sports star is also father to five-year-old son Prince, from his relationship with Jordan Craig.
