Nigerian music sensation Tiwa Savage has set the stage for the much-anticipated release of her debut movie, 'Water And Garri.

' After dropping hints about her foray into the film industry, Savage took to social media on Thursday, April 4, 2024, to unveil the exciting release date.

Fans can mark their calendars for May 10, 2024, as the day when 'Water And Garri' will make its debut on the global streaming platform, Prime Video. Alongside a captivating promotional flier featuring herself and Nollywood stars Jemima Osunde and Mike Afolayan, Savage shared the news with her followers, expressing her excitement: "My beautiful people, our movie @waterandgarrifilm has a date. See you May 10th @primevideo."

The movie, which is executive produced by Tiwa Savage, draws its title from her latest EP, 'Water And Garri,' promising a unique blend of music and cinema that fans won't want to miss.
