Nigerian musician, Azeez Fashola, aka Naira Marley , was arrested on May 10, 2019 alongside rapper, Zlatan Ibile, Rahman Jago, Guccy Branch.

All others who were arrested with the singer have been released as there is no evidence to convict them of cyber crime. Naira Marley in the other end is till in custody and was charged to court, although he pleaded to be released on bail and was granted, with the condition of him to pay 20 million naira bail fee and other conditions attached.

Many of his fans were happy to hear that he'll be released on bail and was happy after the court granted his plea for bail on 30th of May, but many still wonder why the "Am I a Yahoo Boy " singer is still in custody.

If you're among those wondering here is the reason. Naira Marley hasn't been released on bail due to the fact that he hasn't been able to meet all conditions the court ordered. According to reports, Naira Marley was able to get the bail fee but couldn't meet up with the condition that a level 10 officer working with the FG and has landed property must be able to stand for him as surety.

This has been a difficult task for him, as nobody has been able to step forward to help him because of the criminal records. If all these conditions are not met, the singer will stay in jail till these conditions are met.
